Measurement of 74'04 S-parameters

13.06.2022 This is a test rig for characterizing various families of 7404 logic inverters and researching their use in RF circuits.

I am planning to measure the S-parameters, and after that attempt to design a wide-band amplifiers based on a logic inverter. There are many logic families that the 04 was made in and many will be tested. I will post the touchstone files and describe details here when the project is done
